Routine Inspections
Routine inspections are like your apartment’s regular check-up and a great opportunity for you to share how things are going in your home. You’re welcome to tell us about small issues you’ve noticed, request repairs, or simply let us know what you enjoy about your apartment, your neighbours, and the building overall. Your feedback is valuable and will be passed on to the property owner, who will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A few things to note about our routine inspections:
• We carry out 3 to 4 inspections per year.
• Our inspection team will contact you via email to confirm your appointment.
• If the proposed time doesn’t suit you, simply reply to reschedule.
• Inspections usually take 10–20 minutes depending on the size of your property.
• Photos will be taken of each room. If there’s anything you don’t want photographed, please store it away beforehand.
• If you won’t be home, you can drop off your keys at our office or at the building concierge ( if available). You can find our office location here
