How is my data protected
We take data protection seriously. All applications submitted to us are stored securely on their respective platforms — currently either Snug or Ignite at the time of this article’s publication.

If you've submitted a PDF application directly to us, SRG follows a similar protection process. This includes:
- Regular software and security updates
- Antivirus protections
- Staff training on cybersecurity and safe handling of unknown links or attachments
For online applications, your data is automatically deleted after the platform’s prescribed time limit.
If your application is successful — regardless of how it was submitted — it will be removed from the original platform and securely transferred to our cloud storage system, hosted by MRI Software.
We will never sell or share your information with third parties unless you’ve given us written permission (such as for utility connections, provider references, or similar situations).
