Building Facilities

Building facilities vary between complexes — some offer resort-style amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and saunas, while others feature tranquil rooftop gardens designed for residents to unwind and enjoy their leisure time.

When using shared facilities, please be mindful that building rules are in place to ensure fair and equal enjoyment for all residents. These rules can include requirements such as booking the BBQ area in advance, observing pool opening hours, or following proper gym etiquette.

Certain buildings, such as One Central Park, may require you to sign a waiver and register your details before your swipe card can be activated for gym and pool access.

It’s important to respect all building by-laws and treat building management and staff with courtesy. This helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

Please note that breaches of facility rules may result in fines or temporary restrictions on your swipe card access. Our agency or the landlord does not have the authority to override any penalties or access restrictions imposed by the building management. So we ask that you read all signages carefully prior to using building facilities and if in doubt, please reach out to us below!
