Car space and storage location

If your apartment includes a car space and storage cage, we’ll provide you with the exact numbers and indicate which basement level they’re located on. During your inspection, our leasing officer will also be able to show you where the car park is situated.
When using the car park, please follow the building’s by-laws and take note of your vehicle’s height in relation to the car park entrance and your allocated space.
Allocation numbers can vary — they may either match your apartment number (for example, 2808) or correspond to your lot number. A lot number is an identification number registered by the strata company, as larger complexes often share the same car park across multiple buildings. If your space is assigned by lot number, it will be marked accordingly (e.g., Lot 70).
The same system applies to storage cages. A small plaque or label will usually display the lot number, or it may be written directly on the metal bars of the storage cage.
If you’re having trouble locating your car space or storage cage, or if anything appears unclear, please reach out to us using the contact details below.
