No swipe card during key handover?

When you pick up your keys at the start of your lease, we typically provide you with the front door key, mailbox key, window locks, sliding door key, swipe cards, and garage remotes. However, some buildings operate using an ID swipe card system. In these cases, you’ll need to make an appointment with your building manager. They will register your ID and link it to a swipe card, which will then be issued to you directly.

We recommend booking your appointment a few days in advance to ensure that by the time you move in, you’ll have full access to your floor and the building facilities.

Please check with your leasing officer to confirm how the swipe card system works in the apartment you’re interested in. Building by-laws can occasionally change, and if a new ID swipe system is introduced during your tenancy, your access cards may be replaced with the new system. Please note that our agency and your landlord do not have the authority to override these building management changes.
