How to Register with Your Building Manager

Once your lease is signed, we’ll take care of registering your details with the building’s strata and management team. This includes the main leaseholder and any nominated occupants (people living with you who aren’t listed on the lease), using the information you provided during your application.

If your building has secure parking, we’ll also pass on your vehicle details — like make, colour, and registration — so your access can be set up properly.

Once you’re in the system, you’ll be able to use shared facilities, book the lift, and receive parcels without any hiccups.

Just a heads-up: if anyone else is living with you and we haven’t been given their details, they won’t be registered with building management. This could lead to access issues or returned deliveries — even your online orders. If your living situation changes, just let us know so we can update things on your behalf.

Some buildings also have resident apps for things like booking amenities or receiving delivery updates. Keep an eye on your inbox — those login details usually come straight from the building manager.
