Ingoing Condition Report

Condition Report: Why It’s Important

The condition report is a crucial document, so don’t overlook it! When you pick up the keys from our office, we will send a condition report to your email address. This report serves as a snapshot of your apartment’s condition on your move-in day. At Sydney Realty Group, we take pride in creating a comprehensive and detailed report to ensure transparency and accuracy.

What’s Included in the Condition Report?

Our team meticulously documents the condition of your apartment, capturing details such as wear and tear on walls, floors, ceilings, bench tops, and appliances. To give you an idea of the level of detail, we typically take over 200 photos for a one-bedroom apartment and over 400 photos for a standard two-bedroom apartment. This thorough approach ensures that every aspect of the property is recorded.

Reviewing and Updating the Condition Report

Once you receive the report, you will have 7 days to review it. Go through each area of the apartment and let us know if you agree or disagree with our recordings. While we strive to be as detailed as possible, there’s always a chance we might miss something. If you notice any damages or markings that our team hasn’t noted, you can add them to the report. Simply take a photo with your phone and sync it directly to the report.
