How to Secure an Apartment

Congratulation! Your Application has been approved! Once your application has been approved, you will need to pay a deposit to secure the apartment, below are an outline of the steps and what to expect after you have received a confirmation your application is successful.

1. Notification and Next Steps

You’ll receive an email from us confirming your approval. This email will include:

• A summary of the lease terms (rent amount, lease duration, and other key details).
• Instructions on how to pay a holding deposit of at least 1 week’s rent to secure the property

2. Paying the Holding Deposit

• To secure the property, the holding deposit must be paid within 48 hours of approval. If the deposit is not received within this time, the property may be offered to another applicant.
• The holding deposit will be applied toward your first week’s rent or bond once the lease is signed

3. Signing the Lease Agreement

Once the holding deposit is paid, we’ll prepare a digital lease agreement that will be sent directly to your phone and email for electronic signing, along with other move-in documents.

You’ll also receive a follow-up email with:

• Your new building information, including details about building management.
• Instructions for move-in, such as how to book the lift (if required).
• A copy of the building by-laws to help you familiarise yourself with the rules and regulations of your new home.
• Any other information or documents that may be applicable to your new property.
