How to Apply for Your Next Home
Hey there! 👋
We’re glad you’ve taken a liking to one of our rental properties! You may be wondering: How do I apply?
Well, the application process is quick and easy, and it can all be done online!
Currently, we use Snugg and Ignite for our online applications, but we’re always looking for more convenient ways for tenants to apply. So, check back here from time to time to see other methods.
Method 1: Snugg Online Application
Head over to our application partner, Snugg, where you can either book an inspection with our leasing team or submit your application for your preferred property.
https://app.snug.com/apply/sydneyrealtygroup
You’ll be taken to our landing page with all currently available properties. Selecting the "Apply" icon will direct you to the application log-in page, where the application process is as simple as filling in each field, like your move-in date, let us know more about you as a tenant and uploading your supporting documents.
Method 2: REA
Backed by Australia’s biggest property platform, realestate.com.au, REA application is your one-stop online application platform. You can request references from previous agents/landlords, apply for multiple properties, and receive notifications at every step of your application process.
Under each property listing, you’ll find the "Apply" icon. Clicking on it will take you straight to their online portal, and we’ll be alerted once your application has been submitted.
Note: The position of the "Apply" icon may vary depending on the device you are using to view the listing.
Method 3: PDF Applications
If you prefer not to create online accounts and upload your documents, you can apply directly through our office using a PDF application downloadable here. You can fill this online and submit back to support@sydneyrealtygroup.com.au or submit the file in our chatbox on this website. We look forward to moving you in!
